The Process
1. Book Your Session Choose your preferred time from available slots in the calendar.
2. Complete Your Prep Questionnaire We'll send you questions about your practice, challenges, and goals 3 days before your session. This helps us prepare specifically for you.
3. Your 90-Minute Breakthrough We meet on Zoom for focused work on YOUR specific journey. We record the entire session.
4. Receive Your Custom Roadmap Within 24 hours, you'll get the recording plus a written summary of key insights and your personalized practice plan.
5. Integration Support For two weeks after, we're available via email for questions and integration support as you implement what you've learned.

What if I can't make the available times?
We have sessions with various time options. If truly none work, email us and we'll see if we can accommodate - but availability is very limited.
Is this session recorded?
Yes. You'll receive the full recording within 24 hours and can revisit it as many times as you'd like.

What's your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancel with less notice and the session is forfeited (though we'll work with you if there's a genuine emergency).
